E3C-VS / E3C-VM	Very Small Spot / Mark	Small spot/mark sensor. Extremely small beam spot, visible, long sensing distance up to 70mm. Suitable to detect small object like 200micron thin wire, small height difference etc. LED/Green LED models to select.
E3S-GS/-VS	Very Small Spot / Mark	Fast 1 ms maximum response time ideal for packaging applications. Built-in DC amplifier.
E3X-NL	Glossy Objects	Glossy object detection sensor. Delicate sensing of object glossiness without influence from colors and patterns. Optical fiber type with easy to use teach function. Sensing distance up to 20mm. Two different head to select from.
E3Z-B	Transparent Objects	Unique Inner View Optical System that can detect various shapes of transparent PET bottles reliably. Detects a wide range of bottles from 500-ml to 2-l, and from single bottles to set of stocked bottles.
E3S-CR62 / E3S-CR67	Transparent Objects	Ideal for detecting transparent glass and plastic containers.
E3S-R	Transparent Objects	Senses glass wafers and LCD glass circuit boards.
E3C-L11M	Mapping	Mapping LCD plates on cassette trays. Detects glass plates without being influenced by the round or warped edges. Up to 30mm sensing distance. Separate amplifier type.
F3M-S	Mapping	Wafer mapping sensor to detect wafers on high-throughput machines. Detect 25 wafers in 10ms. Models for 12 inch wafers. Can detect silicon transparent wafers. Automatic teaching. Self diagnostic.
E3HQ	Oil and Chemical Resistance	Superior Fluoroplastic finish protects against oil and chemicals.
E32-D82F	Liquid Level	Fluid detection/level sensor. Contact type yet able to detect chemical and high temperature fluids such as sulfuric acid in a wafer washing tank up to 200° centigrade.
E32-L25T	Liquid Level	Fluid level sensor. To be used on transparent pipe of 8 to 10mm dia. Can be used to detect hazardous liquid. Low cost, reliable solution. Easy to teach and use digital fiber amplifier.
E32-V	Vacuum	Sensor and accessory to mount fiber sensor at vacuum chamber. Single and four channel flanges, vacuum fibers, heat resistant fiber and lens units.
E3S-LS3P/-LS3PW	PCB	Board Sensor can perform stable detection without being affected by holes or notches. This easy-to-use sensor provide more-consistent detection and handle colors, holes and notches.

E3Z-G	Groove-type	Fork or groove photoelectric sensor. Grooved design eliminates the need for optical axis adjustment. 2-axis models also available. Protective structure (IP67), mutual interference prevention, CE marking are available.
F3UV	UV	Displays intensity of UV power on digital display. Set threshold level and activate an alarm when UV power/intensity exceeds threshold level. Suitable to use under high temperature. Low cost model available too.
